1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using BING TRADERS ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Platform. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. The Platform is not available to residents of certain jurisdictions where trading digital options is prohibited.
3. Account Registration
You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
4. Demo and Real Accounts
The Platform provides a Demo account with $10,000 in virtual funds for practice purposes. Demo trading does not involve real money and profits/losses are simulated. Real accounts require actual deposits. You may switch between accounts at any time.
5. Deposits and Withdrawals
Deposits are processed through authorized payment gateways including M-Pesa, PesaPal, and cryptocurrency networks. Minimum deposit amounts apply. Withdrawals are processed to the same method used for deposit where possible. We reserve the right to request identity verification before processing withdrawals.
6. Trading and Risk
Trading digital options involves substantial risk of loss. You acknowledge that you may lose some or all of your invested capital. Past performance of any trading strategy does not guarantee future results. The Platform provides tools and data for informational purposes only and does not constitute financial advice.
7. Platform Availability
We strive to maintain 24/7 platform availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Platform may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for losses resulting from platform unavailability.
8. Prohibited Activities
Users are prohibited from: using automated scripts or bots not authorized by the Platform; exploiting platform bugs or vulnerabilities; engaging in market manipulation; using the Platform for money laundering or illegal activities; creating multiple accounts to abuse promotions; or harassing other users or staff.
9. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, logos, and software on the Platform are the property of BING TRADERS or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
10. Limitation of Liability
BING TRADERS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount of fees paid by you in the preceding 12 months. This limitation applies to the fullest extent permitted by law.
11. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Platform. Any pending withdrawals will be processed subject to our verification procedures.
12. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which BING TRADERS is registered. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable laws.

Privacy Policy
1. Information We Collect
